How to deal with Mondays

EN: Before we start, I just want you to know that I understand your pain and YES! Mondays are a nightmare to deal with! That stupid alarm for 6.30 am, the fact that you have to go to work or school, no lay in for the next five days, honey I understand you completely and it is official! MONDAYS SHOULD NOT EXIST!  But I am here to help you relax and inspire you with some of my tips on “How to deal with Mondays”.  I also prepared for you a nice outfit idea for when you finish work and want to go down the pub or restaurant for a nice drink or meal. So lets get down to business!

Tip number 1 : Prepare yourself mentally and physically on Sunday evening. For example try to relax as much as possible by watching a movie or have a small glass of wine in front of the TV. Relaxing is very important and wine makes you feel less stressed (believe me, I tried it).

Tip number 2: Try to think positive about your job. And if you are not happy with it, remember to work hard for your dreams. Nobody is successful over the night. It takes time, hard work and patient. So remember to stay focused and positive!

Tip number 3: Make plans for the weekend! This will make you go through the week quicker and it will make you look forward for some good time! And good time sometimes involves some extra cash to spend…now you have a reason to be at work isn’t it?

Tip number 4: After work try and find some friends or family to go out with. It doesn’t have to be  a until late  evening out. Go to the cinema, or go for a small drink somewhere or try a new restaurant. Going out during the week will make you feel like you are not stuck “in a cage” .

Tip number 5: Collect happiness! Good food, laughter, healthy lifestyle and love will make you forget about Mondays.

OK, after all this being said I just want to show one more thing. A nice outfit for when you enjoy beautiful moments.

RO:  Inainte sa incepem vreau sa va anunt de pe acum ca va inteleg durerea cand saptamana se termina si ne lovim de cosmarul ce se numeste LUNI! Alarma aia nenorocita pentru 6.30 dimineata, faptul ca incepe munca sau mersul la scoala, nu mai stai pana la 10 dimineata in pat pentru urmatoarele cinci zile, dragii mei va inteleg perfect, de aceea astazi am sa impartasesc cu voi cateva metode de a face ca ziua de luni sa treaca mai repede. De asemenea am pregtit si o tinuta pentru zilele din cursul saptamanii, pentru atunci cand vreti sa evadati dupa munca intr-un bar, restaurant sau cinema. Asa ca haideti sa-i dam drumul!

Metoda numarul 1: Pregateste-te mental si fizic pentru inceputul saptamanii. Duminica seara incearca sa te relaxezi cat poti de mult, uita-te la un film fain  sau relaxeaza-te cu un pahar de vin in fata televizorului. In momentul cand savurezi vinul, acesta va reduce stresul si anxietatea (crede-ma ca am incercat).

Metoda numarul 2: Incearca sa gandesti pozitiv despre jobul tau. Daca nu esti multumit/a de acesta, nu uita sa muncesti din greu pentru ceea ce vrei sa obtii pe viitor fie vorba de cariera sau alte lucruri. Nimeni nu s-a trezit cu succesul la usa peste noapte pentru ca acesta necesita rabdare, munca si timp.

Metoda numarul 3: Fa-ti planuri pentru weekend!  Facand asta vei trece mai repede peste zilele saptamanii pentru ca abia astepti sa te bucuri de zilele libere. Iar distractia uneori necesita niste extra banuti de cheltuiala…deci ai un motiv bun pentru a sta la munca!

Metoda numarul 4: Dupa munca/scoala incearca sa gasesti niste prieteni sau familie cu care sa iesi afara. Nu trebuie neaparat sa stai pana noaptea tarziu. Mergeti la cinema, la un suc sau chiar la un restaurant. Facand asta, te vei simti mai liber si vei alunga din rutina si din acel sentiment de “parca sunt intr-o cusca”.

Metoda numarul 5: Colecteaza fericire! Mancarea buna, rasul, un mod de viata sanatos si iubirea, toate astea inseamna fericire. Aceste lucruri te vor face sa uiti de ziua de luni.

Acum dupa ce v-am dezvaluit cateva dintre metodele mele, este timpul sa va arat si o tinuta pentru zilele din cursul saptamanii. Pentru atunci cand vreti sa evadati si sa va bucurati de momentele frumoase.
